Scribble is a form of Creative Meditation. The process of scribbling facilitates a thought-less state, creating space and stillness within. The purpose of scribbling is a creative meditation tool for reconnecting to the peace of who you are without thoughts or thinking. It invites participants to engage with scribbling and discover its healing qualities. Unlike traditional methods that may carry religious or social stigmas, Scribble offers a non-conventional approach that is inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of your age, skills, language, culture, race, or religion.
